  • Ingredients:
    •Kale
    • Banana
    • Pineapple
    • Mango
    • Flax seed
    • Apple juice

  • First:
    *Cut the kale,banana,pineapple,mango then mix all together*
    - Measure your ingredients. Makes enough for 3 people
    Apple juice= 1 cup and 1/4
    Flax seed= 1 tablespoon
    Kale,banana,pineapple,
    mango = 1 cup and 1/4

  • Second
    - Put the apple juice in the blender first
    - then Put the kale,banana,pineapple,mango in.
    - last add the flax seed.

  • Third step
    - Blend on high speed for 1 to 2 minutes or until you reach the consistency you desire.

  • I have made this many times. Very efficient for waking yourself up. I like to cut lots of this up then freeze them and make the smoothie when I wish.
