1 stick of margarine
1 cup flour
2/3 cup chopped unsalted peanuts
8 ounces cream cheese
1 container (16 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed, divided
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 package (4 serving size) instant chocolate pudding mix
2 3/4 cups of milk
Additional chopped peanuts
Mix all ingredients well and press into bottom of 13x9x2 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool.
Mix cream cheese, 1 cup whipped topping, the confectioners' sugar and peanut butter. Spread over cooled crust.
Mix pudding mixes with milk until thickened, then spread over cream cheese mixture. Top with remaining whipped topping. Garnish with chopped peanuts and refrigerate.
