Left Side Plank-
Its exactly like the Right Side Plank, except instead of being on your right elbow and arm, you're on your left 😄
Left Elbow Right Knee-
Same as the Right Elbow Left Knee workout but the opposite.
With these, its okay if you cannot reach your toes. Just reach out towards your toes.
During this past volleyball season, my volleyball coach had us do this ab workout every morning and also to warm up to our other core workouts. It was hard for me when I first started but I believe in you. YOU CAN DO IT!
