  • If you're like me and need those frozen flavored ice cubes they sell in a bottle to survive through the summer heat, you may have worried about the sugar intake. Or, you may have just wanted more in the middle of the night. Either way, here's a easy and instant how to!

Ingredients:
• ice
• mints

    Ingredients:
    • ice
    • mints
  • Step 1: find a mint of whatever flavor you want your ice cubes to be. (I love impact peach flavor)
Step 2: pop 1~3 (depends on the ice size) mints and roll it on your tongue for a second
Step 3: pop a ice cube in your mouth.

Now, as the mint dissolves and the ice melts, you get the perfect flavor!

  • You may be thinking 'wth... That doesn't work'.
But trust me. When I got the idea, I thought 'naaaaaa can't be good enough'.
But it's good! And I use sugar free mints! So no sugar counting! ^^
