If You're Being Bullied You Aren't Alone

  • Being bullied is hard, trust me I've been through it, wanting to give up, feeling worthless, feeling like a waste of space, but you aren't alone in this, I promise. People can be very harsh to one another and it happens all around the world, but let me tell you that every one of you has a right to be on this planet, every one of you is beautiful, don't let ANYBODY tell you different. You will meet people that think they're bigger than you, smarter than you and better than you, but trust me they bring people down because they're insecure about themselves. A lot of the time they're jealous...

  • ...or they are just sickening human beings that like to cause pain. However, you can do something about it. Bullying is known to be caused mainly in schools or work places, people have differences and everyone is trying to discover themselves. One of the main things you can do is group yourself with people that help you be the best you can, don't be friends with the 'popular' group just because they're popular, because the crap that the popular groups cause is mayhem, it wouldn't be healthy to become part of it. Branch yourself into a group of friends that likes the same hobbies as you and..

  • ...won't tell everyone your secrets. Talking about secrets that brings me onto trusting people. Bullying can spread by rumours and secrets getting out over a group of people, don't tell ANYBODY personal stuff unless you know them well enough. Not someone that you've known for a few years, I mean somebody that has been there from start to end. If you are being bullied telling the teachers honestly isn't sometimes a good idea, unless you have understanding teachers, in some cases teachers have made things slightly worse by putting the victim on the spot and making them look weak, but you have...

  • ...to make sure you tell your parents/carers because they can comfort you and help you through this tough time because school isn't forever, remember that.

A big subject that needs to be spoken about is self harm and suicide.
These should never be an option, like I said school isn't forever, please don't waste a beautiful life because of people at school because it's only a few years. Please don't harm your body, it's hard for me to say not to do it because I am a victim but since I've stopped I've felt so much stronger, I've left school, I have an amazing boyfriend and perfect friends...

  • ...you can have the same if you just push on through this struggle, life is hard, sometimes it's torture, But everyone has a pot of gold and the end of their rainbow, please don't ever harm or kill yourself, you are worth every thing in this god damn world.

I'm always here to help anybody going through bullying, whether it's bullying or cyber bullying, I can help you as I've been through it all.

    Stay strong. <3
