-Oatmeal (plain preferably) -peanut butter -chocolate protein powder -milk -hot water
First put your oatmeal in a bowl and add 1/2 cup hot water and stir
Then add half of a scoop of chocolate whey or any protein powder will work just fine (sometimes I use muscle milk too). Make sure you only use half of a scoop because the scooper In the container is big and it won't taste right with too much protein powder
Then add 2 tbsp of peanut butter (if you want more or less you can change the amount but for exact taste make it 2).
Then put it in the microwave for 1 minute but depending how your microwave is I take it out half way through and stir it around to prevent cold spots then it'll be evenly heated throughout!
Once it's done add 1/2 cup of milk (it'll help cool it down faster and it gives it a little more of a creamier taste) then stir all ingredients together and enjoy!!
