I Need Help For Motivation.

Hi I am having problems motivating myself to exercise and lose that tough belly fat. so what I'm going to do is document my day to day activities here. Maybe it will help motivate others but hopefully you guys can give me tips and things to try.
So my goal is mainly to lose the belly fat because a lot of people don't realize that belly fat is actually really dangerous for your health. And I just want to be healthy. Since last year I have gained thirty pounds and most of it showed up on my stomach and thighs.
Haven't done much. I need to start slow and work my way up and I generally have a healthy diet except when I travel and that's when I gain weight.
Today I started with 10 mins of jump rope which is better then nothing. And will be restarting four thirty day challenges as soon as my shoulder can hold up for now I just did 25 crunches and 15 rotating leg raises. (Don't actually know what it's called).
I also drink regularly warm lemon water daily. Just to help reduce that stomach gay as fast as possible. I also like chia seeds in my water. It's a good start to my mornings.
If you have any tips or tricks let me know. I have problems with my Knees so I'm going to start biking instead of running so it won't stress my joints more. And if any one wants to join me they can.
This is me restarting :) so here we go!
Hint I'm going to try to do these four challenges and hopefully increase my stamina with biking and jump rope :)
