  • This is my secret, there's no easy way out, good health and a toned body takes time dedication sweat and hard hard work. Losing weight is not just a project it's a change in life style. I followed insanity and the diet religiously for the 60 days, then did it all over again for another 60 days....

  • After that I continued to do insanity at least 3 times a week and still do, but now I hit the gym 5-6 days a week for 3-4 hours a day, these are extreme measures with extreme results, I have never been so happy and so healthy in my entire life! But....

  • If that's too much for you, I recommend this, eliminate soda (trust me on this one) drink at least 8 glasses of water a day, and be aware of your eating habits than conquer your weaknesses, and do some form of exercise for at least 30 mins a day 4 days a week, at least, oh and buy insanity! Lol....
