Ok so I'm supposed to be on a healthy diet blah blah to lose weight etc like everyone else. And that's great, I want to be healthy but I also want to not eat spinach leaves everyday.
So here's a low fat, low calorie vegetarian pizza receipe.
50g plain flour
150g whole flour
pinch of sea salt
3 kale leaves
a few broccoli florets
2 tbsp sweet corn
2 tbsp peas
Preheat the oven to 200°C
Mix the flour, yeast and salt.
Add the water little by little until a dough is made.
Put it in the fridge.
Prepare the veggies.
Line a pizza tray with tin foil so you don't have to use oil.
Roll the dough into a thin base and place on the tray.
I used some squashed tomatoes with a tsp of tomato pesto to make the sauce since tomato puree contains a lot of salt and sugar.
Spread the vegetables on top and sprinkle with some cheese. Parmesan or low fat mozzeralla is a good option.
Let it cook till the cheese is a golden brown.
