How to say Good Bye to Cellulite

posted in Skin & Body
  • We all know about the properties of coffee against our constant fight with cellulite. But did you knew that sea salt is also good against this enemy? Well, due to the fact that sea salt contains calcium, magnesium, iron, sea salt does not permit the skin to dry and helps you keep your skin soft and toned.

  • The most easy way to use sea salt against cellulite problems is just by having a sea salt bath – add around 300 g sea salt in the bathtub. The water should not be very very hot. Take a bath in the sea salted water for about 10-15 minutes.
You should take this kind of baths once or twice per week, but if you do not have the time or you do not have a shower there is the alternative of using a shower scrub.

  • For this scrub you will need:
    1 cup sea salt
    2 teaspoons olive oil
2 teaspoons essential oil (lavender, peach, etc.)
Mix these ingredients, leave the mixture for 15 minutes then mix again. Apply it with a bath sponge over the body parts with problems then rinse.
