Weight. . I know s many girls who want to lose weight bit are too lazy or it's boring and hard. So today I decided why not take you to a journey of weight loss while having fun! Let's go!.
Jam to your favor ite songs! You can download music on any device or even make a playlist on YouTube! Just go in your room close the door, play some music and have fun!
On a plate add your favorite fruits and vegetables and snack on it while watching some netflix or youtube!
Take a jog! If not alone bring a friend! Just slowly on the first week walk for 20 mins. 2 week walk faster for 30 mins 3rd week jog for 30 mins. And gradually add more time up to an hour. You can listen to some music while doing this!
Add weight loss into your hobbies for example: Painting: play music and you'll end up dancing Playing video games: Play some jusr dance! Singing: Make a music video! Cooking/baking; Play music and dance while making up a good treat! Editing: Move more in your videos!
Remember making a tent in your living room? Don't pretend like you didn't do it! How about you help out and clean your room.And if your still in the mood clean the house! This way you'll move around meaning you burn Calories!
While we're on the topic of getting dirty after cleaning take a shower and if you sing in the shower just go cray cray and dance too!
