  • If you only eat this soup and follow the diet programme (for 7 days), you really can lose 11 to 19 lb in only one week. More soup you eat, more weight you lose. But you need to ONLY eat the soup and the food written on the diet programme.

    P.S.: It doesn't taste really good, but it's worth doing it for the result.

    AND DRINK A LOT OF WATER ! ONLY WATER !!!

  • Ingredients :

    - 6 big oignons
    - 2 cans of peeled tomatoes (17,6 oz)
    - 1 cabbage (52,9 oz)
    - 2 green peppers
    - 2 packs of oignon soup (Knorr)
    - 1 clove of French garlic
    - 4 carrots
    - seasoning : what you want, but soya sauce is the best


    Preparation :

    Cut all the vegetables in little cubes, cover with water and cook for 1 hour. At the end, mix everything and add the seasoning.

  • DIET PROGRAMME

    Day 1 : Eat all the fruits you want (except bananas) ; eat all the quantity you want and if you like all types of melon, eat all the quantity you want because these fruits have a low caloric value. If you only eat these fruits and the soup, you can lose 3 lb this day.

    Day 2 : Eat vegetables. All the quantity you want, cooked or raw. Just don't eat peas, corn and beans.

    Day 3 : Eat all the fruits and vegetables you want, except bananas and potatoes.

    Day 4 : Banana and milk. Eat max. 8 bananas and drink max. 8 glasses of milk.

  • Day 5 : Beaf and tomatoes. You can eat max. 8 tomatoes and 14 oz of beaf. Drink AT LEAST 8 glasses of water to clean your system of all the acids.

    Day 6 : Beaf and vegetables. Eat all the quantity of beaf and vegetables you want (except potatoes).

    Day 7 : Full rice, vegetables and fruit (sugar free)
    Whenever you're thirsty drink hot tea or coffee (without sugar).
