How to get flexible!

I absolutely love this strech. Make sure your knees and feet are turned out. sink your hips tawrds the floor. if you want a challenge lift one of your heels and sink even deeper into the strech.
Butterfly. you can push your knees into the floor using your hands or elbows.
Start by putting your legs in front of you and either point or flex your feet. reach up and over and grab your ankles, if you can try grabbing your heels, aim to get your nose touching your knee
You can do this by either putting your feet together or shoulder width apart (I recommend doing both ). drop your body and hang, if you can grab your ankles and pull your body tawrds your chest. make sure you keep your knees straight
Lunge. This is a great way to get flexible legs. One of the most important things is to keep your knee straight, otherwise your going through pain for nothing.
This strech also works wonders on your legs. push your pelvis tawrds the floor. try to do this on carpet or a Mat because doing it on hardwood hurts your knee
Straddle. Make sure your feet stay turned out, don't let them roll forward. One thing I do is I put my hands 6 inches away from my hips and pull my pelvis tawrds my hands.i recommend holding this strech for a tv show ,take a break on comertials. you can reach from side to side and also in the middle
splits...over time if you do all of the streches in this tip, splits will be easy.Hold your self up if you can't go all the way down.If you can want a challenge place a few thick books under your foot to do a over split, streching your legs even more.Also you can lean forward or arch back
you can hold onto a wall while your learning this one to help balance. Make sure you keep your knees straight and keep your butt under. if you want a separate tip on how to grip your heel let me know in the coments

the longer you hold a strech the better, I recommend holding it while watching tv to keep your mind of the pain, relax during commercial breaks
MOST IMPORTANTLY...never give up, keep on trying and I takes time to get as good as the girls in the pictures, but persevere and keep trying
