One thing I do is I put my hands 6 inches away from my hips and pull my pelvis tawrds my hands.i recommend holding this strech for a tv show ,take a break on comertials. you can reach from side to side and also in the middle

  • I'm a competitive dancer, the most flexible in my class. I use all the streches every single day.

    Remember to...
    warm up your muscles before attempting any of these streches to prevent injury
    Do these everyday for best resaults
    the longer you hold a strech the better, I recommend holding it while watching tv to keep your mind of the pain, relax during commercial breaks

    MOST IMPORTANTLY...never give up, keep on trying and I takes time to get as good as the girls in the pictures, but persevere and keep trying
