Start out with cardio, ten minutes on a treadmill make sure you bump up the speed to 4.
Then you want to get a 15 lbs weight bar and do squats while holding it ( do 15 normal squats then 15 sumo squats )
After do 15 normal lunges then 15 sneaky lunges ( sneaky lunges are on your toes )
Finally do 15 box jumps on a surface that's half your size or half your height
Repeat these steps for 1 hour then get back on the treadmill for 10 minutes on the same speed that you started with for a cool down
Stretch your legs after....
Repeat this every 2 days for a month I got the best results.
