How to deal with periods

  • •try taking some ibuprofen

•if that doesn't help, relax by taking a bath! fill up the tub with your favorite bubble bath, or use a bath bomb. take your time and relax. a hot bath always helps when I'm not feeling well.

•if you have one, try using an electric heating pad for painful areas. I often use one for my back pains.

•drink plenty of water. not drinking enough water when on your period can cause stress in the kidneys and cause your back to hurt.

  • •even though you crave it, try to stay away from overly processed foods, such as McDonald's. it will make you bloat more and you'll crash and feel horrible. a bad diet can also make cramps worse.

•if you have clary sage oil, you can also run that on your stomach to help prevent cramps.

•getting in some exercise will shorten your period.

•make sure you get plenty of sleep at night.

  • hope this helped 😊 I didn't really know what to do a tip on lol
