STEP1: go to bed early! it doesn't have to be soooo early, let's just say around 11:00. this way you will wake up earlier and in a good mood because you've had plenty of sleep.
STEP2: Set an alarm for the morning just make sure you wake up at the time you want to!
STEP3: When you wake up get up instantly otherwise you'll lay around in bed and you'll probably want to go back to sleep!
STEP4: Make plans the night before of what you want to d the following day! This will make your day more predictive and you'll have a target to aim for.
