How to Reduce Stretch Marks.

At the age of 12, puberty hit me hard with stretch marks. Anyone who developed stretch marks at a young, fragile age, understands how insecure it can make you. After years of struggling to reduce these, I have found some tricks to make them much lighter, and know I want to help you!!
The first trick I have learn is to always, always, always keep you skin well moisturized. This will slowly over time reduce them. I prefer to use extra hydrating, less perfume like lotions, they tend to work better.
So lotion isn't the only tip to help moisturize your skin. I like to do a oil rub, with lighter oils. I mix coconut and grape seed oils, which are both proven to improve skin Heath in many ways.
The last thing I like to do, is to use a sugar scrub once a week.
What I use:
One cup of lemon juice
One cup of any higher grade oil
Mix it all together and put it in a spill safe container.
