  • INGREDIENTS :

• 1 egg for every 2 slices of bread

• Butter / margarine

• Cinnamon (optional)

• 1/2 tsp (3 ml) vanilla extract / almond essence (optional)

• Bread (6 pieces), your choice of bread

• Milk (depending on number of eggs, 2 tbls per egg)

 Set stove or electric pan onto medium-high heat. Add the butter/margarine so the bread doesn't stick to the pan and spread it around.

Turn head down to medium-low once the once the pan has been heated enough. Begin the coat bread slice into egg mixture on both sides.

Cook the toast until it's golden on both sides.

Put toast onto a plate and serve immediately to enjoy to warmness and let it it melt in your mouth. 

• Top it off with any toppings of your choice (whipped cream, fruits, cinnamon, powdered sugar etc,.) and don't forget your side of sausage and bacon!
