  • Simple Chickpea Salad
    Total time: 5 mins
    Serves: 4

    Ingredients

    2 cups chickpeas (about 1 can)
    ¼ cup chopped onion
    ½ bell pepper
    1 clove of garlic, minced (or ½ tsp garlic powder)
    1 tbsp olive oil
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    1 tsp salt

    Instructions
    Rinse and drain your chickpeas and set aside.
    Peel and dice a onion and dice a bell pepper.
    Mince a clove of garlic, and toss everything into a large bowl.
    Coat with olive oil and lemon juice, then sprinkle with salt and seasoning.

    Enjoy!

  • Indgredients:

    Pitta bread/bread
    2 table spoon Pizza sauce
    Half tomato(chopped or diced)
    Quarter onion (chopped or diced)
    Quarter capsicum(chopped or diced)
    2 teaspoons Oregano leaves
    A third cup Mozerella cheese
    A third cup cheddar cheese.

    Method:

    Heat the oven to 180 degrees
    Take a pizza pan and place the bread or pita bread on it
    Spread the pizza sauce on the bread evenly
    Sprinkle the mixture of the both cheese on the bread
    Sprinkle the oregano leaves
    Place your vegetables evenly
    Cover with the remaining cheese.
    Place the pan in the oven.
    Bake for 7 minutes

    :)

  • Indgredients.

    2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    1/4 cup milk
    1 large egg
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract/essence
    1/3 cup self-rising flour
    1/4 cup sugar
    2 tablespoons cocoa powder
    1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips


    Method:

    Mix everything together in a small bowl and pour the mixture into 2 cup filling them half way.
    Microwave for 2 minutes!!
