  • Step one
    Set two alarms(one 15 minutes apart from the other)
    This gives you time to rest in so you don't need " five more minutes "
    Step two
    During this 15 minutes stay laying in bed but take your blankets off (this lets your body get out of its " comphy zone")
    Step three
    Before you get out of bed , put your head where your feet normally are and visa versa ( so the blood can flow through your body and you won't have the blood rush to your head)
