How To Wake Up Fully
Set alarm for an hour and a half before you have to leave.
PS- make sure you have the volume on low so it's not going to burst your eardrums. Also have it on a relaxing radio station to wake up to.
When you wake up set your timer for 20 minutes and go back to sleep. When you wake up set it again for an extra 10 minutes. When you wake up for the third time you'll be somewhat awake to get up out of bed and get dressed.
PS- you'll have about an hour to get dressed.
Step 3: (This is for the people who are NOT morning sunshines)
Get your MP3 player or something with music on it and start jamming out. You'll wake up faster than you know it when your favorite songs are playing.
This works trust me. I've been doing this for about a week or two and I've gotta say that I'm on the verge of becoming a morning person. 🎧🎶
