DRINK WATER You have probably heard this time and time again, but drinking water benefits your skin so much. Water helps flush out toxins from the body and hydrates your skin which leaves your skin smooth and clear. Try aim to drink about 2 litres of water a day and try make this a habit
TRY ADD SOME FLAVOUR If you're like me, and hate drinking water try adding some lemons to your water. Not only will this make the water less bland and nicer to drink but lemon water is very good for the skin as it contains anti-oxidants which help to get rid of toxins and helps boost clear skin.
DON'T POP/PICK Although it's tempting, try avoid popping or picking at your acne as it actually makes it worse. It may not seem this may but when you pop a pimple you are actually pushing the infection further down, causing more breakouts, scarring and more healing time. So don't pop your pimples!
GO TO THE DOCTORS It might be embarrassing to talk about your acne to a stranger or to a doctor but going to see your doctor can help lots. They will provide you will a suitable medicine and/or cream to help your skin and they can also give you useful tips on what to avoid which is specific for you
