Drink lots of fluids. Especially when you're sick, a little water or tea goes a long way in helping you feel your best. Drinking water helps cleanse your palette and tea relaxes and soothes you❤️ (obviously they both have a ton more benefits) The syrup from coke (without bubbles) can help a lot too.
Get lots of sleep. Do you ever go to bed feeling awful, and wake up feeling so much better? This, my friend, is the magic of sleeping. And don't just lay in bed on your phone, actually sleep! It really does help so much, I swear.
Eat “sick" foods Meaning chicken noodle soup, (or whatever soup you like) ginger ale, saltine crackers, and the water and tea mentioned before. Soup is honestly the best sick food you could eat, I believe. It's not a miracle worker, but that's just about as close as it gets to one hah
Heating pads/sacks This won't cure your pain, but it'll defiantly make you feel better. I use one all the time during my period (sorry if tmi) it helps so much tho😏
Prepare movies and shows to pass time. If your parents have to work (when/if) you stay home from school, this option is by far the best for passing time of pain and loneliness.😂👌 I'd recommend a comedy to boost ur mood and make you feel good.
Take the matter into reasonable hands. Make sure you don't pass off a real sickness! Go to the doctor if you need, and stay home from school or work to keep others healthy. Only you know how bad it is!
Don't eat chocolate/unhealthy foods Trust me: I've tried eating junk while I'm sick.. (Hint: it doesn't work out well) you'll end up with an awful stomach ache.
Music/YouTube The things you can do with headphones, my friend. If you're looking to spend no money, kill time and watch YouTube videos and listen to free music on spotify or soundcloud. This will take your mind off pain or cramps:)
