Try the Gombs diet- eat these every day to stay healthy: Greens Onions Mushrooms Berries Seeds
Try a salad with lettuce or spinach, onions, mushrooms (I prefer it to be raw, it is said that a mushroom a day prevents diseases), sunflower seeds and berries off to the side.
Try yoga and meditation- it will help stress problems and will make you happier and calmer. You will feel renewed- I do this when I am worried and it really works. Try in the morning and before you go to sleep. Go in this position and count a minute, then think positive. Happy de-stressing!
Try to cut down the sugar and fats. Too much can cause diabetes. My mother has diabetes now from being too unhealthy. It is hard to stop immediately, so reduce it each week. Start by skipping one craving of junk food, then the next, go on ahead. Try to limit yourself to at the most 1-4 each day.
Not only is cigarette smoking bad for you, it is bad for the people and environment around you. Reduce it and ignore the cravings. Try Nicorette or try chewing gum. This can cause cancer because this is terrible for your lungs. Really try to reduce the amount you smoke and hopefully you will quit.
Try going on mile-walks (it really isn't long), lifting small weights or doing something fun like dancing. This will help you lose weight. But focus on getting healthier first- THEN get lean. You can also lose weight by eating better. Don't focus on meat, it is basically the same as white bread.
Juice your fruit! Or eat the fruit, but this is better. Mix in your favorite fruits with hints of healthy vegetables like spinach. It is super healthy, so add some and then load the fruit! My favorite juice: Blend apples, oranges, a hint of spinach, LOTS of kiwi, and Vóila!
It's as easy as 9-5-2-1-0! Get 9 or more hours of sleep, 5 fruits and vegetables a day, 2 hours of less of recreational screen time, 1 hour or more of exercise, and 0 sugary drinks or snacks! (Click to see full image)
