How To Start To Make A Book

posted in Entertainment
  • Gather Inspiration

•Listen to music, or take a walk to get in the mood. Once you get back you should be able to think of something.

•Force yourself to do a quick write. Use a timer and set it on five minutes. Use the first word to come in your head to write about.

•Find a drawing you have done before, and start thinking of stories that could go with it.

  • Write it Down

•Once you have an idea in your head, start writing about it. Maybe a paragraph a day if you can't write for long periods.

•Go through your work and see where you could add more or explain upon.

    •Edit it.

•Ask a friend to read it(if you are ok with other people seeing your work.)

  • If You Feel Comfortable--

    •Post it Online!
-----Sites such as Wattpad, or create your own website!

    •Send it to a Publisher.
-----You could be the new J.K.Rowling (it took her multiple tries to get her book published)

•Go to a specialty store to have it made into a book(cover)
