First off, I would like to say that I did not cut out how much I ate, and I also didn't watch what I ate.
As of July 2015, I'm in the middle of both of those pictures; however, I also took a break from exercise and I will begin again in August.
In order to slim down, it's going to take dedication and motivation.
I started by running every night for 20 minutes. I ran and wherever I ended, I quickly walked back home. I was usually out for 35-45 minutes each night. I would suggest to either run early in the morning or at night, before it gets dark.
Another way I slimmed down was by drinking lots and lots of water. I HATE drinking water. But I noticed my water weight slide off within a couple weeks, by drinking 3-4 bottles of water.
Aaaaaand that's it! It may sound too good to be true, but try it out for a couple months. Take a before and after picture. I promise you'll see a difference in your face and body. ❤️😘
