  • When you're stressed, life sucks. It's the worst. You can't think of anything clearly because your mind is so crazy and jumbled! Of course, gaining inner peace and letting go of stress can't happen in a day, but it can happen over time, with practice and commitment.

  • First of all.. Stop gossiping! Or saying/thinking anything bad about anyone, for that matter. When you begin to have a negative thought, gently push it away and replace it with something good. You'll feel much better once you stop thinking so negatively about everything!

  • Go for a walk, alone. Put down all of your papers and go for a simple, silent, ten minute walk. Enjoy the silence. Don't think about work. It'll help you clear your mind.

  • Just... Breathe. When you feel like you're at the breaking point, just stop.. And take three, four, or maybe even five big breaths. Take your time. Focus on your breathing. When a thought begins to appear in your mind, gently push it away and focus back on the breathing.
