How To Roast Garlic

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees

  • Cut the top off the bulb to expose the garlic just a little

  • Put the garlic in a sheet of foil. *make sure you have enough foil to wrap the bulb completely*

  • Drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper

  • Close the foil pocket

    *make sure the seam is near the top so oil doesn't spill everywhere

  • Put the foil pocket on a cookie sheet and bake for 30-40 minutes

    *to make sure the bulb is nice and roasted, open the pocket and examine it! If they are golden brown, pull them
    Out!

  • If you want to roast multiple heads, individually foil the heads and put them on the cookie sheet! Change nothing else!
