How To Relieve Stress 1. Take deep relaxing breaths every time you feel stressed2. Never stress eat, it is unhealthy and does not help you get unstressed3. Decorate your bedroom with pictures that calm you4. Write all your feelings into a story6. Never work to hard on studying for a test or something7. If it's people stressing you out, make new friends or just ignore the people that are stressing you out8. Take a walk9. Never let your anger get the best of you
