  • Light several scented candles, I suggest lavender or lilac and place them around your bathroom. Make yourself a warm bubble bath. Turn on some classical music. Turn the light off. Close the door and go make yourself a big hot cup of camomile tea Return to the bathroom and sink down in the bubbly water. Have a rolled up towel nearby to put behind your neck. Sip your tea and lean back. Let your mind drift with the music.
