How To Reduce Your Skins Redness
Skin & Body
Whether it's caused by weather elements or it's natural here's some tips to help you reduce your redness .
-Shielding skin from elements. A ceramide based moisturiser is best way to hydrate skin as it protects ,it has a barrier function to prevent loss of skins valuable moisture and keeps irritation at a minimum , slater on morning and night for best results.
-Going outside?. No matter what the weather your best prepared with a SPF in your moisturiser/foundation , it'll help avoid windburn , chapping and sunburn (you don't want to add to redness)
If your skins already irritated look for products containing gentle and calming botanicals such as licorice ,aloe and feverfew.
DIY version -aloe Vera can provide instant relief
Another home remedy is soaking gauze in a cup of cold coffee for a few minutes then apply to face(best results if left on overnight)
Want a quick fix ,the colours green and yellow counteract red so foundation ,corrector creams or primers with these tints are perfect for you.
And lastly this is an odd one but works brilliantly ,apply a few drops of nasal spray to your cheeks and chin(whatever red areas) it has the same ingredient (oxymetazoline) that clears your nose up will also clear your flushing face right up.
