First thing u will need is some lotion. I find a thin layer of lotion works best. U can use any lotion. Start by putting the lotion on the tense or tight muscle and just rube it in all the way until you can't see it.
Next thing is to take a METAL (it must be metal) spoon and rub the lotion off as hard as you can, make upward and downward strokes. It may hurt a little but it really works. I learnt this off my physiotherapist and I've never felt better.
