  • 1st step, hands get really rough in the winter, if you live some place cold in the winter. Run your hands under warm sink water then add soap. After finished was your hands again this time using lotion, right know your giving your hands a daily shower, the soap for 0 germs and lotion for the smooth.

  • Sometimes it doesn't help with the warmth of the water, sometimes hands don't want to be wet, that's the sense of sensitive hands. So put your lotion on without any wet sources. Let the lotion dry and keep doing it for a couple of weeks, after that it should be as smooth as a fluffy blanket!☺️

  • If you don't know what type of lotion! That's okay, the lotion I use or I recommend, is
• Baby lotion
• Aveno
• sometimes just plain non- germ soap
• and the one I use EOS! ( also a Chapstick product too! 😆👍
