How To Make Your Hair Healthy And Long Again

  • Step one:

    Get your ingredients.

    You will need:
    • coconut oil
    • brush
    • timer
    • shampoo
    • conditioner

  • Step two:

    Get your coconut oil (enough to cover your hair) and melt
    It. After it's melted you can spread evenly throughout your hair. Make sure to get your roots well

  • Step three:

    Brush your hair (when you're sitting) for five minutes.
    After the time goes flip upside down and repeat for the
    same amount of time.

  • Step four:

    After brushing put the timer on again for an hour. For this
    step you can do it longer than an hour if you want.
    Remember the longer the better

  • Step five:

    Wash and rinse. For this step you might want to double
    shampoo because I find that sometimes if you don't want
    long or hard enough (you want to be gentil) your hair will still look oily when it drys

  • Step six:

    Repeat once a week for 4 weeks. If you want you can do this longer than a month because, again, the longer the better.
