  • This is actually a well known secret in my area since
    1. Raising Canes originated in Louisiana
    2. Every year during crawfish season you will find every Cajun whipping up their own version of this's a necessity to dip your fresh boiled crawfish in! YUM 😍

  • For those who love the sauce but never knew what was in it, I hope this helps! If you haven't done so already, try it with you're crawfish won't regret it! If you've never tried Louisiana crawfish...get over here and get you some! 😉

  • Ingredients

1 cup mayonnaise (I prefer Hellman's or Dukes
    1/2 cup Heinz ketchup
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon black pepper

  • Instructions

In a small bowl combine all ingredients and mix until well blended. Store in an air-tight container for a few hours before serving. Will stay good in a container for up to 2 weeks.

    Makes 1 1/2 cups
