  • 3. Get about three handfuls of pine needles and put it into the boiling water, then bring it down to a simmer.

  • 4. Let it simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally :)

  • 5. After fifteen minutes, turn it off and let it sit for 5 minutes :)

  • 6. Take the needles out, and put it in a pitcher :) it should have a cloudy water look. This is when the tea is at its healthiest, plenty of vitamin C.

    The tea pretty much tastes how it smells, most people love the crisp taste alone. Others, like me, like it with sugar, honey, or lemon :)
