"What's better than cupcakes? Cupcakes with mini cupcakes on top!"
Ingredients: (makes 20-25 cupcakes) ~2 cups flour ~1⁄2 teaspoon salt ~2 teaspoons baking powder ~1⁄2 cup butter, softened ~3⁄4 cup sugar (if you like your cupcakes very sweet, add a little more.) ~2 eggs ~1 cup milk ~1 teaspoon vanilla essence (optional) ~Reese's Mini Peanut Butter Cups
Preheat oven to 375f or 170c; line muffin cups with papers. cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy. beat in eggs one at a time. add flour (mixed with baking powder and salt) alternating with milk beat well; stir in vanilla. divide evenly among pans and bake for 18 minutes. let cool in pans
While your cupcakes are drying take the mini Reese's cups and frost them as if they were regular cupcakes then after when you actually frost the real cupcakes you just put the "mini cupcake" on the cupcake on any position you want.
This is the way I made my Mini Reese's cupcakes but there are many different ways to make them some are...
Like having the mini Reese's cup as a filling.
Or taking a regular size Reese's cup, cutting in in half, then putting it on the cupcake.
Or taking a mini Reese's cup and putting it upside down on your cupcake.
