Makes 24-30 Ingredients:
1 1/2 package cream-cheese(softened) 1 tps. Vanilla 2 eggs 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs 3/4 cup sugar plus 2 tbs. for crust 3 tbs. butter for crust
Bake for 25-30 mins. 325 degrees Fahrenheit Until lightly golden brown Refrigerate for 2 hrs.
First mix together the cream cheese,then add the vanilla and the sugar mix well then add the eggs. When finished in a bowl melt the butter then add it to the graham cracker crumbs mix. Put 1 tsp. if the crumbs to the mini cupcake tins and try to push down to make flat.when finished add the filling.
Put into the oven for 325 degrees Fahrenheit and bake for 25-30 mins. Or until lightly golden brown. When done baking put in the refrigerator for 2 hrs. Enjoy
