How To Make Milk Chocolate Mousse

55g/2oz milk chocolate Make sure it is melted but cooled slightly afterwards
125ml/4floz double cream Whipped until a thick consistency and dies not fall easily off a spoon. Use a hand whisk or electric whisk, i find an electric whisk halves the time it normally would take if done by hand.
Mix the melted chocolate and whipped cream into a bowl.
From the bowl place into serving bowls until all the mixture is used.
Place the serving bowls into the fridge to set for at least 2 hours, this allows the mixture to not become runny when taken out the fridge.
