Ingredients:
- A lot of sugar!
- Some baking soda!
- A METAL ladle 
- A heat proof surface
- A furnace
- Metal chopstick (a long one is best) 
- Cold water
-And a big ol' smile 😊

  • The first step is to take about 1/8th cup of sugar, and put it into your ladle! You have to make sure it's almost directly over the the fire of (medium-high temperature) furnace! Keep moving the sugar around with a chopstick or spoon (best to use metal) until COMEPLETELY melted 😊

  • Next, once the sugar is completely melted, have a little of the melted sugar on your chopstick/metal spoon, and dip it into some baking soda so a little bit of it sticks to the chopstick! Then you're going to add it to the melted sugar until it changes color!

  • Once it looks exactly like the image you see, make sure your heat proof surface is covered in baking soda! Now your going to take the mixture and pour it onto the surface! If you'd like, flatten it with a baking soda covered ROUNDED spatula with NO HOLES in it 😊 the key to this, is to get this colo

  • Once the ppopgi is flattened, just wait for it to cool and harden, and you can add a cookie cutter to make it look cute too! Also, make sure after you're done with the ladle, IMMEDIATLEY put it in cold water, so that the sugar won't get stuck! But after that, it's done, and you can eat it! Enjoy! 😊
