Flossers! They come in so handy& you can get them anywhere, they're way better than normal floss, but it works too!

Straws are your best friend, when drinking harsh drinks, just use straws and at least your front teeth won't have so much sugar sitting on them!
There are lots of good foods for whitening your teeth, celery, apples, pears, and carrots all trigger saliva glands in your mouth which help wash away debris on your teeth!
Sugarless gum also helps remove gross leftovers& also triggers saliva! A bonus from all that saliva is that it neutralizes acids that cause tooth decay!
Go to the dentist at least every six months to get a cleaning& to check& see if you have any cavities or abnormalities!
If you smoke, consider quitting for the sake of your smile! Lighting up constantly will make those pearly whites a little yellow.
If you have any baking soda just laying around I highly suggest using it if you don't already! It removes stains very quickly! But beware, you don't want to use it too much because it can be damaging after a while!
Drinks that are bad for you! Here's a short list of drinks to avoid as much as you can!: coffee, tea, wine, fruit juice, energy drinks, and pretty much any dark drinks
