  • First put 2 cups of flour, a pinch of Kayan pepper, and some pepper into a bowl. Bread each of your chicken wings in it. Then drop your chicken wings into the boiling oil (6 at a time) let them get for 5-7 minutes. Then when they're all done, put into 350 oven for 15 min. To make the sauce, add 1/4 cup butter, a rough cup of parmesan and 2 tsp of garlic salt. Let melt. When chicken is done, pour sauce over it and top with more Parmesan cheese if you want. Enjoy!!
