How To Make Fruit Pizza So Yummy

1 Cup flour
1/4 cup icing sugar
1/2 cup butter
Mix ingredients together and press into a 9x13 pan (not greased) bake at 350 for 7-10 mins or until the edges are golden brown. Set aside and let cool.
1 block of cream cheese
1/3 cup of white sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
With an electric mixer cream together ingredients until smooth. Spread filling over cooled crust. Place an assortment of fruit over filling. I use peaches, strawberries, blueberries kiwis bananas, but what ever fruit you like is good. I also use canned fruit and drain the juices to use in the glaze.
2 TBSP cornstarch
1 cup of juice (I find pineapple or orange juice works best or the juice from canned fruit)
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tsp of lemon juice
The glaze is optional but I really enjoy it because once the dish is set it really holds the fruit together when serving instead of it
Falling apart. I also mix the cornstarch and some water together before adding to juice and sugar mixture.
Over med high heat add your juice, lemon juice, sugar and cornstarch water mixture together and bring to a boil. Stir until thick, constantly stir the bottom of pan so it does not burn.
Pour glaze over fruit and set in fridge for 3 hours or overnight. Enjoy!
