  • You will need

    125g / 4 oz / 1 Stick of butter

    55g / 2 oz / 1/4 cup of caster sugar

    180g / 6 oz / 1 1/4 cups of plain flour ( all purpose)

    Extra sugar for dusting

    EQUIPMENT
    bowls , spoons , cutters , trays lined with baking paper, hands
    ( i live in England so I have converted the measurements I hope they are right im very sorry if they are not )

  • Get your hands in and bring it together into a ball

  • Once in a ball wrap it in cling film and refridgerate until firmed up mean while get cleaned down and ready to roll them out

  • Roll out you your dough and cut out your easter shapes

  • Once cut out chill in the fridge for 15 mins

  • After 15 mins take out the busicuts and sprinkle with sugar and bake until golden round the edges ( these busicuts are pale in color)

  • Once baked place on a cooling rack to Cool
