  • 100 gram (3.6 oz) butter
    2 dl (0.8 cup) sugar
    3 dl (1.25 cup) oatmeal
    3-4 tablespoons cocoa
    1 teaspoon vanilla sugar (Swedish baking sugar), otherwise any sort of vanilla flour
    2-3 tablespoons coffee (cold)
    Coconut sprinkles

  • Melt butter enough for it to mix in well with rest of stuff. Remember the mix still HAS to be quite hard so it stays together, so make sure the butter isn't too melted, barely melted at all. Make small balls and roll in to coconut sprinkles. Put in fridge and wait 1-2 hour and they are ready to eat!
