  • These super bites are easy to make and good for you too! Plus you can satisify your chocolate cravings while still staying on track with a nutritious lifestyle. You can use pretty much any dried fruit, seeds and nuts!

  • The first ingredient you need is dark chocolate. The higher the cacoa percentage, the better. Anything above 70% is a safe bet.

  • Next, gather some dried fruit and nuts. I used dried cranberries, dried pineapple, walnut and sunflower seeds.

  • Then break your dark chocolate into small pieces and place in a microwave safe dish, and microwave until melted in 30 second intervals, stirring in between. Adding a little olive oil to your chocolate can decrease the stickiness.

  • Use a spoon to place your melted chocolate on a baking sheet in a circle, it falls off the spoon in a pretty circular shape but, you can nudge it with your spoon to help it along.
