  • First you need to get a balloon and fill it up

  • You can fill it up with: sand, rice, or flour 
(I personally recommend flour but you can choose any you prefer)

  • Once you have filled the first ballon, add a second balloon to make sure it doesn't pop and so that the flour doesn't come out

  • It should look something like this depending on what you have filled it with

  • If you are tying the balloon at the end (I would recommend tyig it or it could spill) then you just tie it like a normal balloon
