How To Make A Chocolate Finger Cake

  • Cake Ingredients:
    200g butter
    200g caster sugar
    150 self raising flour
    4 medium eggs
    50g cocoa powder
    1/2 tsp baking powder

    Decoration and filling
    3 packs of chocolate fingers
    1 bag of mini eggs
    Nutella

    Pre-heat oven 180 degrees C, 350 degrees F,
    gas mark 4

  • Line cake tins with grease proof paper

    1.Combine all the ingredients together and mix
    2. Once all ingredients are mixed pour equal amounts into baking tins
    3. Bake for 20-25 minutes until springy to touch
    4. Once baked turn out and leave to cool

  • Decorating
    Cover the bottom cake with Nutella put on top cake cover the top and sides with Nutella
    stick on the chocolate fingers around the side when complete cover with mini eggs
