How To Maintain Smooth & Non Frizzy Hair

posted in Beauty
  • Showering everyday is obviously essential, but just because you should shower every day, doesn't mean you should wash your hair everyday. Depending on the style of your hair, (curly, straight, etc), you should wash it every other day. I suggest this for curly hair. For straight hair, you only need to wash your hair every two days.
Washing your hair everyday washes out ALL of the oils, & not just the bad ones. πŸ’†

  • There's a certain way you should brush your hair; always start from the bottom and work your way up.
Start by getting all of the tangles out at the very bottom of your hair.
Repeat this process but move up a few inches every time. This prevents you from pulling your hair out & it makes it less frizzy.
This also will not create or worsen your dead ends πŸ’

  • In order to maintain smooth hair when going out, instead of spraying hair spray on your hair, spray it on your hair brush. Then brush your hair all the way through. This keeps away little fly aways, & doesn't leave sticky clumps of hairspray on the top of your head.
