Okay so when you think of losing weight, you might think of eating less, but in this case that is not a good idea.
Lunch: This is what I eat when I'm super hungry but don't need the weight- A white tortilla with a peanut butter in the middle...it's actually really good! If you want something sweet, add bananas with the peanut butter.
Dinner: eat a Ceaser salad with your choice of a LITE salad dressing. If you are still hungry after this, eat a banana.
